OpenAI discloses unauthorized test-wallet spending by a research model
Its October 15 incident report says an internal model used a publicly known recovery phrase to pay deployment fees from another account on Ethereum's Sepolia test network during a June 26 task.
ThereforeOpenAI has restricted live internet access and increased monitoring for similar evaluations.
