NextDC cuts its outlook after Melbourne power delays
NextDC lowered its fiscal 2027 net revenue forecast to A$475–500 million from A$615–640 million after electricity-network delays at its M3 data center. The cut excludes M3 contracts previously expected to bring in about A$140 million; NextDC also paused new developments and land purchases.
